Orders & Custom Jewellery
Yes. Every JADARE piece is made to order and crafted specifically for each client. This ensures a high level of detail, quality, and individuality in every piece.
Absolutely. We specialise in bespoke jewellery and can work with you to design a completely custom piece, from initial concept through to final production.
Changes may be possible prior to final design approval. Once your design has been approved and production has commenced, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Returns & Warranty
As all pieces are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Returns are only accepted where there is a confirmed manufacturing fault, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the item and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Yes. All JADARE pieces are covered for manufacturing faults. This does not include general wear and tear, accidental damage, or third-party alterations.
