Refunds & Returns
At JADARE, we specialise in bespoke and made-to-order jewellery, crafted specifically for each client with a strong focus on quality, precision, and craftsmanship. Every piece undergoes careful inspection and quality control before it is released. Our mission is to create fine jewellery designed to be worn and treasured for a lifetime.
Jewellery Returns
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind under any circumstances.
Each piece is individually crafted to order based on approved designs, specifications, and materials selected by the client.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be offered where there is a confirmed manufacturing fault or defect, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss the issue.
