If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or purchase from us.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Made to Order Jewellery
All JADARE jewellery is made to order and produced specifically for each client.
As a result:
- Production begins only after order confirmation and/or deposit payment
- Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or modified once production has commenced
- All made-to-order items are final sale
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full or via agreed deposit structure before production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment has not been completed.
Deposits
Where applicable, deposits are required to commence production.
- All deposits are non-refundable
- Deposits secure materials, design time, and production scheduling
- Remaining balances must be paid prior to dispatch or collection unless otherwise agreed
Design Approval
Where custom or bespoke design work is involved, production will only commence once final design approval has been received.
By approving a design, you confirm that all specifications, including measurements, materials, and stone selection, are correct.
JADARE is not responsible for errors or changes requested after approval.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, imagery, renders, branding, and product concepts, remains the intellectual property of JADARE.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
Product Representation
We take care to ensure all product images and renders are as accurate as possible.
However:
- All jewellery is handcrafted and may vary slightly from digital representations
- Natural gemstones may vary in colour, tone, and clarity
- Renders are illustrative only and not exact representations of the final product
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JADARE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
