 At JADARE, all pieces are made to order and require dedicated time for production, quality control, and finishing. Each item is carefully inspected before it is dispatched to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We aim to ensure all orders are delivered safely, securely, and within the timeframes communicated at the point of purchase.

 

Production Timeframes

As all jewellery is made to order, production times may vary depending on design complexity, materials, and stone sourcing.

Estimated production timeframes will be provided at the time of order or during consultation.

  • Production may be subject to delays outside of our control
  • We will communicate any significant delays where possible

 

Shipping Methods

Once your piece has been completed and passed quality control, it will be securely packaged and dispatched via a trusted courier service.

All orders are shipped with tracking information provided upon dispatch.

 

Shipping Within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped using tracked and insured delivery services.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location.

A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

International orders:

  • Are shipped using tracked services
  • May be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing and location.

 

Insurance & Responsibility

All parcels are carefully packaged and dispatched using secure shipping methods.

JADARE is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs clearance
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier

We recommend ensuring your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase.

 

Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer once the item has been

dispatched and tracking has been provided.

 

Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item.
